Taste 154

Our story

A passion project on Washington Street

Taste 154 started as a passion project from Michael and Diane: a place to bring natural, fresh fare to East Stroudsburg, with coffee worth waking up for and a kitchen that treats breakfast like it matters.

How we cook

Fresh, organic, and gluten-free-friendly

We source locally where we can and keep things organic in the cup and on the plate. The kitchen is gluten-free-friendly, so more of the table can order what actually sounds good. Nothing fussy. Just real ingredients, handled with care.

  • Locally sourced where the season allows
  • Organic coffee, ground and pulled fresh
  • A gluten-free-friendly kitchen
  • Breakfast, coffee, and cocktails under one roof

Morning to afternoon

The same room, all day long

Plenty of spots do coffee. Plenty do brunch. A few do cocktails. We wanted one counter that does all three well, so a quick espresso, a slow breakfast, and an afternoon drink can happen in the same comfortable seat.
